In This Together

Throughout all the changes in recent past, at Ojo, the most important things remain unchanged. You and your wellbeing, along with that of our staff, are our priority.

NM Safe Certified Trained in Covid-Safe Practices

Ojo is NM Safe Certified

At both resorts, our staff has undergone rigorous training by the State of New Mexico in COVID-Safe practices, and, as such, Ojo Santa Fe and Ojo Caliente are officially NM Safe certified. On an ongoing basis, we review our operating procedures and cleaning protocols to align with industry best practices and to comply with the New Mexico State Department of Health mandates and CDC recommendations.

Visiting Our Resorts

Both of our spa resorts are situated on sprawling high desert acreage with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy meandering trails, al fresco dining, and outdoor spaces surrounded by spring-fed pools and native greenery.

SPAS & POOLS

In our spas, we encourage our staff, licensed massage therapists, and guests to wear a mask inside the spa and during treatments. Likewise, to protect our guests, staff, and community, we have COVID-19 screening protocols in place for spa guests.

Ojo Santa Fe Pools

We regularly clean and sanitize surfaces around the pools and locker rooms. Our communal thermal and private soaking pools continuously refill with pure, triple-filtered spring water. Our private tubs are emptied and thoroughly sanitized between guests.

Ojo Caliente Pools

Every pool is constantly refilling with pure, filtered mineral spring water. The exception is our Large Pool, which is our only pool in which we do use a bit of chlorine. Our soaking-pool cleaning protocol includes draining, scrubbing, disinfecting and pressure washing the pools.

GUEST ROOMS

Our housekeeping teams clean and sanitize each room between guests using a rigorous protocol as recommended by the New Mexico Department of Health.

Ojo Santa Fe

Our housekeeping team cleans guest rooms daily. However, if you prefer that our staff do not enter your room—no problem! Just let the front desk know and use your privacy door hanger. Ojo Santa Fe checkout is at 11am. In some instances, we are able to accommodate late check out requests, though the latest check out we can provide is noon.

Ojo Caliente

At this time, housekeeping is not servicing rooms during your stay. However, if during your stay you need fresh towels or other amenities such as coffee, tea, etc., please call Ojo Caliente Guest Services at 505.927.4863. Check out is at 11am. Our apologies, but we are not able to accommodate late checkout requests at Ojo Caliente.

OJO RESTAURANTS

Our dining establishments, Blue Heron Restaurant & Artesian Restaurant and Wine Bar, we maintain indoor dining capacity in accordance with current local public health orders, as well as recommend wearing masks unless you are seated at your table. We also offer outdoor dining (weather dependent) and to-go food and beverages—perfect for dining in-room or al fresco.
