Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort offers two options for ADA-accessible accommodations, as well as accessible paths and ramps for navigating our 77 multi-level resort.

Garden View Double ADA Room

Escape to your Garden View Room overlooking Ojo’s lush, verdant grounds.These rooms feature 360 square feet of light-filled space as well as cozy outdoor seating areas on the balcony of patio. Rooms come equipped Ojo’s signature Robes to use while soaking in our spring-fed thermal pools during your stay, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, locally-roasted coffee, organic local teas, as well as Ojo Signature Hair & Body Care amenities. To help maintain a tranquil, relaxin environment there are no TV’s in Garden View Rooms.

Overflowing with natural light our spacious one bedroom Casitas offer more than 600 square feet of thoughtfully planned space, providing ample opportunity for you to settle and relax. Every one bedroom Casita freatures a gas fire place, fireside seating, windowside desk alcove, large ensuite bathroom with seperate powder room featuring a double-sink vanity. Rooms come equipped with Ojo’s signature robes to use while soaking in our spring-fed thermal pools during your stay, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, locally-roasted coffee, organic local teas, as well as Ojo Signature Hair & Body Care amenities.

Ojo Santa Fe – ADA General Information

Resort Conditions

Ojo Santa Fe Resort is a rustic property featuring over 77 acres of expansive space. Most areas are connected with gravel and dirt paths. The property is multi-level featuring many levels of stairs. Ramp and flat path access is available for accessing most areas of the resort.

Our main entrance has a paved brick walkway leading from the hardpacked dirt and gravel parking area to the guest check-in lobby and the Blue Heron Restaurants main entrance.

Dining

The Blue Heron Restaurant is accessible from the main parking area via a brick paved entrance. Patio dining requires access via stairs.

Takeout is available.

Sages Cafe & Lounge is located on the back side of the property and accessible by gravel and hard packed dirt paths.

Ojo Santa Fe Resort & Spa - FAQs

Lodging Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am.

Our apologies, but at this time we are unable to offer late check-out or early check-in.

Lodging guests have unlimited access to our communal soaking pools from 7:30am - 10:00pm. This includes day of check-in and check-out.

Food & Drink in Soaking Areas

Food and drink, with the exception of water bottles, are not permitted inside the soaking areas. Please enjoy your meals and snacks in one of our many dining outlets, or find a shady spot to picnic among the grounds. 

  • Outside Food and Beverages are not permitted on property
  • Alcohol is not permitted in the soaking area
Can I get a massage/spa treatment?

The Ojo Santa Fe spa is open for all guests to book services. We have a limited number of daily appointments and recommend our guests with upcoming lodging reservations reserve their desired spa services at time of booking. To schedule your spa treatment, please review our spa menu and call our reservationists at 877-977-8212.

Is yoga available?

Yes! Breathe new life into your practice—or try yoga for the first time—with expertly guided, all-levels-welcome yoga classes.

Lodging guests can enjoy a complimentary 75-minute class daily at 9:00am. Space is limited and first come, first serve. 

Is the Blue Heron restaurant open?

The Blue Heron is open daily for our guests and the public for all day brunch 10:00am – 3:00pm and  Dinner 5:00pm – 9:00pm.

We also offer grab and go breakfast from 7:30am - 10:30am and lunch from 11:00am - 5:00pm at our new Sages Cafe and Lounge. 

Will I be able to buy Ojo gifts and sundries?

Our gift shop is stocked with snacks and drinks, mementos, skincare products, apparel, jewelry, and more. You can also shop at our online store.

Are pets allowed at Ojo Santa Fe? Smoking?

Ojo Santa Fe is a Pet Free Resort. Pets are not allowed on property, nor is it permitted for pets to to be left in or around automobiles while guests are on property. Pets are not allowed in lodging units or soaking area unless they are a service animal. Guest Service Agents will ask the following questions: is a service animal required because of a disability, and what work or task has the animal been trained to perform? We reserve the right to call animal control should we find an unattended animal.

Additionally, Ojo Santa Fe in a smoke and vape free resort.

Please note there will be a $250 deodorizing fee charged to rooms, per animal, with evidence of unauthorized pets and/or smoking of any kind.
