Our small-group sessions include a variety of styles, including nidra, hatha, and more. Each class takes place in the Yoga Yurt, where, at the close of each class, you’re invited to join our special intention-setting tradition.

Yoga Flow Class
Customized to the skill-level of attendees, a combination of breathwork, asana, alignment, and meditation encourages practitioners to let go of thought and connect in the present moment.

Yoga & Nature Writing

Mindfully connect with nature through a full body sensory experience. Spending time in nature has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen your immunity and improve creativity. Using guided meditations and automatic writing practices, Johanna Debaise brings participants into a state of peace and oneness with nature while generating original ecopoetics. Be prepared for weather and bring water, paper and pen.

This form of vibrational energy supports the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of one’s being, activiating the body’s natural healing abilities while restorings its innate sense of balance and resonance.

The facscia is a fluid filled network of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, bloodvessel, bone, nerve fiber, and muscle in place. An often overlooked component of the body, unhealthy fascia can lead to tight muscles, knots, stiffness, and pain. In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn about the main fascial lines of your body, and explore simple tools and somatic movements that target the various fascial lines to ease tension and discomfort in your body.

Ojo’s Healing Waters
Elevate your relaxation by adding natural springs soaking to your spa experience. Immerse yourself in pure thermal waters set our amidst lush landscape. Choose from soaking in our scenic shared pools or opt to soak in seclusion in one of our private tubs or fireside Ojitos pools.
For overnight guests soaking in our communal pools is included with your stay. Day guests can add a soaking pass to access communal pools from 10am – 10pm on the day of your visit. Day passes are $45 per person Monday – Thursday, and $65 per person Friday – Sunday and on holidays. Pass includes use of locker, towel and changing rooms. Robes can be rented for $18. Daily Yoga Classes: All yoga classes require pre-registration at our front desk on day of class. We do not take advanced reservations at this time. Space is limited; all classes are first come, first serve.
Parking & Check In
Parking at Ojo Caliente is always free. Once you’ve parked head to the Guest Services Front Desk to register for your class.
What to bring
- Please arrive prepared to move, sweat, and invigorate your chakras.
- We recommend comfortable clothing, or active wear.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be loaned to you for no additional fee.
Your Health & Wellbeing
Your health and wellbeing are our top priorities. If you have any health issues that would prevent you from fully enjoying our class please let your instructor know. Likewise, if you are feeling unwell for any reason, please refrain from attenting the class.
