Ojo Farm Fresh Dining

Artesian Restaurant & Wine Bar

Our restaurant is open to the public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At Ojo Caliente’s Artesian Restaurant, our chefs create sumptuous cuisine infused with local tradition and flavor. Savor farm-fresh, seasonally inspired fare featuring rich, locally sourced ingredients and New Mexico flavors. Feast in crave worthy dishes like New Mexico green chile cheeseburgers, hearty salads straight from Ojo Farm, and our signature Ojo Fish Tacos. The Artesian offers omnivore, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available for dine-in and take-out.

Two plates of vibrant salads with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and other fresh vegetables sit on a wooden table. Two glasses of wine are next to the plates. The text "OpenTable Diners' Choice 2024" is displayed on the image.

Farmer Clare In A Row Of Tomatoes

Ojo Farm & Ojo’s Local Food Partners

Serving good food starts with knowing where it comes from and how it’s grown. That’s why we grow much of our own food just 1,000 feet from our Artesian Restaurant at the 1.5 acre Ojo Farm. Look for weekly farm specials, and farm fresh produce incorporated into many of our dishes from May – November.

To us, it’s important to source fresh ingredients and support local businesses and Northern New Mexico farmers. At The Artesian, we partner with Beck & Bulow, which sources ethically pasture-raised meat and poultry locally. Our fair-trade coffee is roasted just down the road exclusively for Ojo by Santa Fe’s Iconik Coffee Roasters, and the incredibly unique tea blends we offer in the restaurant and in our guest rooms comes from tea.o.graphy in Taos.
