Ojo Farm & Ojo’s Local Food Partners
Serving good food starts with knowing where it comes from and how itās grown. Thatās why we grow much of our own food just 1,000 feet from our Artesian Restaurant at the 1.5 acre Ojo Farm. Look for weekly farm specials, and farm fresh produce incorporated into many of our dishes from May – November.Ā
To us, it’s important to source fresh ingredients and support local businesses and Northern New Mexico farmers. At The Artesian, we partner with Beck & Bulow, which sources ethically pasture-raised meat and poultry locally. Our fair-trade coffee is roasted just down the road exclusively for Ojo by Santa Fe’s Iconik, and the incredibly unique tea blends we offer in the restaurant and in our guest rooms comes from tea.o.graphy in Taos.
